TCWF Conference on Healthy Aging

Participation is by invitation only, and space is limited. RSVPs will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. The conference is free of charge and a limited number of stipends are available to help cover the cost of travel. TCWF will cover the cost of one night's stay at the Hilton Los Angeles North/Glendale for qualifying participants.

To register, please complete the online registration form at: www.surveymonkey.com/s/TCWF2012HealthyAging no later than Friday, March 16, 2012. Confirmation of your registration and travel stipend request will be e-mailed to you by Friday, March 23, 2012. All participants must register in advance; please individually register each participant from your organization.
