TCWF Conference on the Health and Well-Being of Transition-Age Youth

PURPOSE:
The conference will bring together executive directors and key program staff from organizations working with, or advocating on behalf of, runaway and homeless youth or youth who are exiting or have exited from foster care. This year’s conference will feature an exciting array of breakout sessions on topics covering program development, capacity building, and policy and funding initiatives.

Participants will have the chance to learn from each other and other experts about trends, challenges and opportunities; strengthen professional relationships; and explore strategies for advancing policy and practice involving transition-age youth. Ultimately, we hope that participants will leave the conference with concrete ideas and contacts to fortify the work of their individual agencies and the broader networks in which they engage around transition-age youth.
